NYC MTA report reveals critical parts of subway lack inspection records
The report stops short of saying riders are in imminent danger, but sounds the alarm for urgent corrective action. 'Certainly, the absence of timely inspection increases the risk of serious structural failure,' the report states.

Pro-ILWU union protesters set up river picket at Port of Kalama
