The Transport Workers Solidarity Committee invites you to the premier Bay Area screening of

"Roadmap To Aparthied" this film by Ana Nogueira and Eron Davidson looks at the history

of apartheid in South Africa and the comparison to apartheid in Israel.

The condition of Palestinian workers and their families  in Israel and the occupied territories

has  real comparison to the condition of Black workers in South Africa and many are even

pointing out that it is worse.

The role that labor played in fighting apartheid in South Africa was critical and the same

issues are raised in Israel.

Speakers will also discuss the role of the ILWU in its labor action to stop cargo from

South Africa during the apartheid regime.
